Collaborate with Your Team

Invite team members, accountants, and bookkeepers with role-based permissions.

Key Benefits

Role permissions
Accountant access
Audit trail
Secure sharing

Accounting isn't a solo activity for growing businesses. You need your bookkeeper to categorize transactions, your office manager to create invoices, your project manager to log expenses, and your CPA to review the books. FiscalInsights supports all of these workflows with multi-user access and granular role-based permissions.

Each user gets their own login and sees only what their role permits. An employee submitting expense reports sees the submission form but not company financials. A bookkeeper sees transactions and categorization tools but can't send invoices. Your CPA gets full read access and reporting capabilities. You control exactly who can see what, and the permissions are flexible enough to create custom roles for your specific needs.

Every action by every user is tracked in a complete audit trail. You can see who created an invoice, who approved an expense, who changed a categorization, and when each action occurred. This accountability builds trust, prevents errors from going unnoticed, and gives you confidence that your books are reliable even when multiple people contribute.

How It Works

1Navigate to Settings > Team and invite users by email address.
2Assign each user a role (Admin, Bookkeeper, Employee, Accountant, or Custom).
3Customize permissions for each role to control access to features, accounts, and actions.
4Invited users create their own login and see their role-appropriate dashboard.
5Review the audit trail anytime to see which team members made specific changes.
