Track All Activity

Knowing what's happening in your accounting system goes beyond financial changes. The activity log in FiscalInsights tracks all user activity—logins, page views, report generation, settings changes, failed access attempts, and more. It's a complete record of how your system is being used, by whom, and when.

Login history shows when each user accesses the system, from what device, and from which IP address. This is important for security—unusual login patterns (new locations, odd hours, multiple failed attempts) can indicate compromised credentials. FiscalInsights flags suspicious login activity and can require two-factor authentication for added security.

The activity log is also valuable for management. See which team members are actively using the system, how often they log in, and what features they use most. This data helps you identify training needs, optimize workflows, and ensure the team is getting value from the platform. Export the log to CSV for compliance reporting or long-term archiving. Full activity visibility is a cornerstone of both security and operational excellence.
