Connect Amazon Seller to FiscalInsights

Connect Amazon Seller Central to track sales, fees, and FBA costs.

Integration Features

Sales sync
FBA fees
Reimbursements
Multi-marketplace

How It Works

FiscalInsights pulls settlement reports from Amazon Seller Central via the SP-API. Each settlement is broken into its components: product sales, FBA fees, referral fees, shipping credits, promotions, and reimbursements. The net settlement amount is matched with your bank deposit for automatic reconciliation.

How to Connect Amazon Seller

1Navigate to Settings > Integrations and find Amazon Seller
2Click "Connect Amazon" and sign in with your Seller Central credentials
3Grant FiscalInsights API access through Amazon's authorization flow
4Select your marketplace(s) — US, CA, MX, or all connected marketplaces
5Choose the date range for historical data import

Amazon seller accounting is notoriously complex. A single Amazon settlement can contain hundreds of individual transactions with dozens of fee types — referral fees, FBA pick-and-pack fees, storage fees, advertising costs, return processing fees, and more. FiscalInsights imports all of this data and categorizes it into clean accounting entries.

For FBA sellers, the integration tracks inventory-related costs separately from selling fees. Long-term storage fees, removal order costs, and reimbursements for lost or damaged inventory are all categorized correctly. This gives you an accurate picture of your true FBA costs versus the convenience of using Amazon's fulfillment network.

Multi-marketplace sellers can connect US, Canadian, and Mexican marketplaces through a single integration. Each marketplace's financials are tracked separately with proper currency conversion for international sales. FiscalInsights also monitors your Amazon reimbursements to ensure you're being credited properly for returned, damaged, or lost inventory — a common source of missed revenue for sellers who don't track this carefully.
