Ramp combines corporate cards with spend management and bill pay, making it a comprehensive expense platform. The FiscalInsights integration captures all Ramp activity — card charges, bill payments, and reimbursements — and feeds it into your accounting books automatically.
Ramp's own AI already suggests expense categories and identifies duplicate charges. FiscalInsights imports these suggestions alongside the transaction data, combining Ramp's intelligence with its own AI for the most accurate categorization possible. Receipt images captured by employees in the Ramp app are attached to the corresponding FiscalInsights expense entries.
For businesses using Ramp Bill Pay to manage vendor payments, those disbursements sync to FiscalInsights as accounts payable transactions. The integration handles the full payable lifecycle: bill received, payment scheduled, payment sent, and bank debit confirmed. This gives you accurate AP reporting without manual data entry.
